- All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in (Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving Licence, etc.).
- Foreign nationals must provide a valid passport and visa.
5. Payment Policy
- We accept cash, UPI, and online payments.
- Full or partial payment must be made at the time of booking or check-in, as applicable.
- Any additional services availed during the stay must be settled before check-out.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation policies may vary depending on the booking type or season.
- No refunds may be provided for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
- Refund timelines (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
7. Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to maintain proper behaviour and decorum within the hotel premises.
- Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest.
- Illegal activities, substance abuse, or misconduct are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without refund.
8. Safety & Security
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The hotel is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
- Please ensure doors and windows are securely locked when leaving your room.
9. Food & Services
- Outside food may be restricted in certain areas.
- The hotel provides hygienic and freshly prepared meals; however, availability may depend on operational hours.
10. Natural Conditions Disclaimer
- Being located in a mountainous region (Sonprayag), services such as electricity, water, or internet may occasionally be affected due to weather or natural conditions.
- The hotel shall not be held responsible for such interruptions beyond its control.
11. Force Majeure
Hotel Atharva Villa shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, landslides, roadblocks, government restrictions, or weather conditions.
